Here's what you'll need: 2 cups blackberries 1 cup sugar 1 cup water 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice dash of salt Directions: 1. add blackberries, sugar, water & a little dash of salt to a small sauce pan 2. bring to a boil, then lower the heat 3. simmer 15-20 minutes 4. add fresh lime juice 5. strain and allow to cool for 30 minutes 6. Enjoy! Store in fridge for a week.
