10 minute weeknight dinner! I love this fresh flavor combination
Serving size: 2
Here's what you'll need:
For the sauce-

1/4 cup honey
-
2 tablespoons lime juice
-
1 tablespoon sesame oil
-
1 tablespoon chili lime powder
-
1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Coconut Rice-
-
I buy this premade in the rice aisle from my grocery store!
Salmon Nuggets-
-
1 pound of salmon cut into nugget size pieces
-
Toss in prepared chili honey sauce, reserve a little bit of the sauce for topping

Spray air fryer basket with coconut oil
-
Air fryer salmon nuggets at 400°F for 4 minutes, flip over, air fryer for another 3-4 minutes or until salmon is cooked through
To serve-
-
Put coconut rice in bowl, top with salmon nuggets, chopped mangoes, cucumbers and cilantro

Sprinkle with sesame seeds

Drizzle with remaining chili lime sauce
