Honey Chili Lime Salmon Bowls

10 minute weeknight dinner! I love this fresh flavor combination

Serving size: 2

Here's what you'll need:

For the sauce-

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon chili lime powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika


Coconut Rice-

  • I buy this premade in the rice aisle from my grocery store!


Salmon Nuggets-

  1. 1 pound of salmon cut into nugget size pieces

  2. Toss in prepared chili honey sauce, reserve a little bit of the sauce for topping

  3. Spray air fryer basket with coconut oil

  4. Air fryer salmon nuggets at 400°F for 4 minutes, flip over, air fryer for another 3-4 minutes or until salmon is cooked through


To serve-

  1. Put coconut rice in bowl, top with salmon nuggets, chopped mangoes, cucumbers and cilantro

  2. Sprinkle with sesame seeds

  3. Drizzle with remaining chili lime sauce

  4. Enjoy!
