Pumpkin Espresso Martini

A twist on a your typical martini, here's a Pumpkin Espresso Martini, but with homemade pumpkin infused tequila! Pumpkin infused tequila tutorial is on my TikTok. It was an experiment but since it turned out well I will make a new recipe video for it!

Pumpkin Espresso Martini

 

Here's what you'll need:

  • 4 oz pumpkin infused liquor - I used tequila- but do you!
  • 2 oz espresso
  • 1 oz maple syrup (to your liking)
  • Graham crackers- crushed
  • Pumpkin pie spice (optional)
  • Pumpkin spice whipped cream (optional topping)
  • Cinnamon stick (optional garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Dip rim of the glass maple syrup and then crushed graham crackers. Place glass in the freezer while you make your martinis. If you want to avoid the syrup dripping down the sides of your glass, place cup upside down on a plate while it freezes. I personally don't mind the drips though.
  2. Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker and add ice.
  3. Shake, strain & pour over ice into frosted glass.
  4. Garnish with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick, and enjoy!

 

**I found pumpkin spiced whipped cream at my grocery store and it was SO GOOD!
